Umeboshi Miso Soup
The tartness of umeboshi is great when combined with light soups. No wonder it goes well with the famous miso soup. Use umeboshi to enhance the basic miso soup and add a refreshing twist to it.

(Feel free to use less if the taste is too strong for you)

(Can be replaced with veggie broth)

Instructions
Cut your preferred vegetables into small pieces.
Boil the dashi stock (can be replaced with meat or vegetable broth) in a pot. Add the vegetables then lower the heat to medium.
After the vegetables soften, add the umeboshi. Turn off the heat and dilute the miso.
