A simple and easy recipe to make the perfect roasted seaweed snack for you! This is the ideal snack during break time at work, after a gym session or for the children after school.
Cut each sheet of nori into the size that you want for serving. I usually cut mine into 6 smaller pieces.
Brush the shiny side of each nori piece with your preferred oil. I usually opt for sesame oil because I love the smell.
Sprinkle each nori piece with a little salt and your choice of toppings.
Place all the nori pieces on the baking paper in the baking tray. Bake for 6 minutes for moderate crispiness. If you would like it to be even crispier, please feel free to bake for a little longer.
Notes
TIPS: You can store these in an airtight container with a moisture absorber to prevent them from losing their crispiness. Enjoy!
