Instructions
Steak
Season the steak with salt and pepper
Cook the steak on a hot skillet. Pour tamari sauce over the steak. Cook the steak until it reaches your preferred done-ness.
Let the steak rest
Steak Sauce
Combine all ingredients of the steak sauce and cook on a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil
After boiling, turn down the heat and let simmer for 20 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Pour the sauce over the steak and enjoy!
