Juicy Pork Stew with Black Garlic Sauce
Juicy pork stew recipe that goes well with warm rice! It's also using the healthy black garlic as sauce. This recipe is easy to make because you just need to simmer the ingredients.

Instructions
Put water, pork belly, and the ingredients marked by

in a pan and heat over high heat.
When it boils, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
Remove the heat, cut the pork meat into pieces that are easy to eat.
Add the chopped black garlic, ginger, and white sesame to the broth to make the sauce.
Slice the tomato and arrange on a plate, put the pork stew on it, and pour the sauce.
You can decorate it with lettuce, the it's completed!
Notes
If you cannot eat pork and drink sake, you can use beef and chicken meat instead, and make the stew without sake.
You can use sliced Japanese ginger (myoga) as decoration too!
