Instructions
Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Prepare to make the steak. First, cut the meat's edges lightly to make the seasonings absorbs well. Then, season with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a pan over high temperature. Then, add the meat and cook one side for around 1 minute or until it has a nice brown color.
Flip the meat and cook the other side. At this time, pour half of the yuzu kosho sauce into the pan.
Close the pan with a lid. Steam the meat and yuzu kosho for 30 seconds.
Turn off the heat and put the beef steak to rest for 2-3 minutes.
Slice the steak to the size that is easy to eat.
Serve on a plate. Pour the remaining yuzu kosho sauce or use it for dipping sauce, and enjoy.
