Instructions
Let's prepare the ingredients. Finely chop the onions, trumpet mushrooms, and black garlic, and grate the ginger.
Add oil to a frying pan, add ginger and bring out the aroma over low heat.
Add onions and cook well until the color is transparent with a nice aroma.
Add minced meat and season with salt and pepper.
When the minced meat is well-cooked, add chopped trumpet mushrooms and black garlic and fry.
Add curry powder and soy sauce, mix and fry a little to complete.
Notes
Serve keema curry dish with naan or warm rice. This dish is easy to eat and very suitable to be served for the whole family.
