Chicken thigh meat

Instructions
Take the chicken thigh meat and season with salt and pepper.
Fry the thinly sliced garlic with salad oil until you smell it releasing its flavor
Take the seasoned thigh meat and grilled with medium heat.
Flip it to the opposite side and grilled for another 5 or 6 minutes with a low heat. Serve the meat on your plate.
Boil red wine over medium heat. Put a little balsamic vinegar and mirin. Boil down until it is half the amount.
Serve the thigh meat with the sauce
