Grainless Amazake (Sweet Sake)
This recipe will show the simple steps on how to make grainless amazake with a thermos. It's best to make some amount because we will need 8 hours to complete the grainless amazake.

Instructions
Put water in a pan and heat it. When it reaches 65°C (149°F), turn off the heat.
Add rice koji powder and stir with a whisk until there are no lumps.
Put in on low heat again, and when it warms to 65°C (149°F), transfer it to a thermos.
Keep it warm for 8 hours or more.
The healthy and non-alcoholic amazake with subtle sweetness is completed.
Enjoy grainless amazake hot or cold. Or you can blend it together with fruits or mix with soy milk.
