Amazake is delicious to consume as it is. But we can double the deliciousness by combining amazake with soymilk. This recipe is dairy-free and suitable as a snack-time beverage for everyone. Children will enjoy this recipe, too.
Heat the pan over medium heat, and stir slowly until warm enough.
Transfer the Hot Amazake Soymilk in a glass and enjoy.
Notes
If you are using grainless amazake, or the amazake without rice grain, you will get a nice and clear consistency. You can also substitute soy milk with normal milk, or almond milk in your preference.
