Instructions
Mix grated ginger, sake, and 1 tablespoon of salty soy sauce, and soak the pork for about 5 minutes.
Mix the remaining 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and mirin.
Heat a frying pan, grind the oil, and fry the pork with the pickled juice.
When the pork is cooked, sprinkle with salty sauce and mirin and fry it quickly.
