(red, white, etc as you like!)

Mirin

Sake

Instructions
Put all the ingredients in a pan. Then Whisk all together until it is mixed well.
Boil the sauce mixture over medium heat.
When the sauce mixture is bubbling, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20-30 minutes until it is thickened.
The Miso Sauce is ready to use.
If you do not consume it directly, please keep in the airtight container. You can store it in the refrigerator up to 2 months.
