Black garlic can boosts immunity, prevent blood clots, and lowering the risk of cardiovascular disease. This is a simple recipe using black garlic for your healthy breakfast!
Mix the chopped black garlic in olive oil and spread on one of the toast. Put the sliced meat on the toast.
Bake both of the toast in an oven toaster for 3-4 minutes.
Sprinkle sugar evenly on the toast that have black garlic on it. Then put cheese, lettuce, tomato, and cucumber on it. Top it with another slice of bread.
Add butter on the toast to complete. You can cut your toast to smaller triangle pieces if you like!

If you like to have melty cheese, you can put the cheese first on the bread along with the meat, and bake them.
