Rice Vinegar
Instructions
Finely chop the mushroom of choice and combine all ingredients into pan.
Stir fry the ingredients for a minute and then cover with lid for another two minutes.
Remove lid and continue stirring until water reduces from the mushroom. It is ready to be served on warm rice!
