Chives Soy Sauce
This sauce can be drizzled over your favorite dish. You can also use it as a marinade for meats, fish, or vegetables, or served as a dipping sauce for dumplings, spring rolls, or tempura.

Red pepper (Sliced or flakes)

Instructions
Cut the chives into 5mm width
Add the chives into a container, along with soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, and chili flakes. Mix well.
The all purpose sauce is ready to use!
