Instructions
Pierce the surface of the chicken thigh with a fork, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Put bite-sized chicken thigh cut into a plastic bag, mix the 'main ingredients' there and leave it for about 15 minutes.
Mix all seasonings of 'sauce ingredients'.
Remove the chicken thigh from the bag, spread it in the vessel, and cover the potato starch evenly.
Put frying oil in a frying pan to a depth of 7 to 8 mm, put chicken in it, and fry on medium heat until it turns brown.
Put the deep-fried chicken thigh in the bowl, put sauce made in advance into it and mix it. It's completed!
