Boil plenty of water in a large saucepan, add salt, and boil the pasta until your preferred doneness (keep a little pasta water for later).
Cut the mushrooms into pieces that are easy to eat.
Add olive oil to a heated frying pan, add grated garlic and soy sauce. Then saute the mushrooms.
Add the boiled pasta and a bit of pasta water to the frying pan and stir well.
Serve on a plate, sprinkle with soy sauce and pepper from above, and you're done. If you like, we also recommend toppings such as green onions, parsley, or chopped seaweed.
