Round the red bean paste into equal amounts, about 10g each.
Now, make the dough. Mix glutinous rice flour, water, and sugar. Then add water. Knead until soft.
Divide the dough into equal amounts. Cover the red bean paste ball with the dough. After that cover it in sesame seeds. Do this until all of the sesame balls are completed.
Fry the sesame balls over medium heat for 4 minutes.
