Sweet Pancake Recipe with Mirin
A sweet and fluffy pancake that melts in your mouth. A small amount of mirin added to the batter will change everything to perfection. This is the only pancake recipe you'll need!

All Purpose Flour

Baking Powder

Melted Butter

Instructions
Prepare all ingredients.
In a bowl, add flour, baking powder, and sugar. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
In a different bowl, add egg, milk, and mirin. Mix well.
Combine the content from the first bowl to the second bowl. Stir until there is no lump left. After that, add the melted butter.
Warm the fry pan on a medium heat.
Then take it off the heat for a moment, and pour the pancake batter. Cook it over low heat until there are bubbles on the surface.
Flip the pancake and cook until golden brown on all surfaces.
Repeat the cooking process for the whole batter batch.
Serve the pancake with your favorite topping, and enjoy.
