Tartar Sauce with Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions
Boil the boiled eggs and onions.
Shake the salt and mass them with the onion. Wash it with water after it gets cold and drain it.
Put in boiled eggs, onion, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and pepper, then it's completed!
