If you're using Microwave, then set the temperature high-heat for 5-6 minutes. (Based on the size of the Tofu)If you're using rice cooker, place the steamer rack into the rice cooker and place the bowl of Tofu on top of it.
While waiting for the Tofu, chopped the garlic and spring onions.
If your Tofu is done with the Microwave, take the Tofu out.Put the garlic into a small bowl with some olive oil, and microwave for around 30-40 seconds. If your Tofu is inside the rice cooker, patiently wait for the Tofu to be done. Then follow the steps above: microwave the garlic only.
If your Tofu is ready, put the microwaved garlic on top of the tofu, sprinkle the seasonings according to your taste.
