Tofu is vegan-friendly due to rich of protein. Most importantly, it is very easy to prepare Tofu as a side dishes or even a main dishes! Here’s a recipe of a Steam Tofu that can be ready in few minutes.
(Of course, it will be more perfect if you want to serve it with rice too.)

  • Microwave
  • Rice Cooker (Optional)
  • Steamer Rack (Optional)

  • 1 block Silken Tofu

  • Rinse the Tofu & Put it into a bowl.
  • If you're using Microwave, then set the temperature high-heat for 5-6 minutes. (Based on the size of the Tofu)
    If you're using rice cooker, place the steamer rack into the rice cooker and place the bowl of Tofu on top of it.
  • While waiting for the Tofu, chopped the garlic and spring onions.
  • If your Tofu is done with the Microwave, take the Tofu out.
    Put the garlic into a small bowl with some olive oil, and microwave for around 30-40 seconds.
    If your Tofu is inside the rice cooker, patiently wait for the Tofu to be done. Then follow the steps above: microwave the garlic only.
  • If your Tofu is ready, put the microwaved garlic on top of the tofu, sprinkle the seasonings according to your taste.
