Ingredients
  

  • 2 Servings Pasta
  • 1 Bag of your favorite mushroom (enoki, shimeji mushrooms, maitake mushrooms, etc.)⁠
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • A little salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Boil plenty of water in a large saucepan, add salt, and boil the pasta until your preferred doneness (keep a little pasta water for later).⁠
  • Cut the mushrooms into pieces that are easy to eat.⁠
  • Add olive oil to a heated frying pan, add grated garlic and soy sauce. Then saute the mushrooms.⁠
  • Add the boiled pasta and a bit of pasta water to the frying pan and stir well⁠.
  • Serve on a plate, sprinkle with soy sauce and pepper from above, and you're done. If you like, we also recommend toppings such as green onions, parsley, or chopped seaweed.⁠
