Mugwort Tea Blend Recipe

Mugwort Tea Blend

A mixture of mugwort tea with some special additional ingredients produces a more delicious taste and is easy to enjoy.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Mugwort Tea Leaves
  • 1 tbsp Honey for sweetener
  • 1 tsp Eyebright or other herb of your choice!
  • Water

Instructions
 

  • Put water and mugwort tea leaves, and eyebright (optional) in a pan and heat until it boils.
  • When the water boils, simmer over low heat for 1 ~ 2 minutes.
  • Turn off the heat and catch the leaves with a tea strainer.
  • Sweeten with honey, and enjoy your mugwort tea blend!

Notes

By heating some plant milk on the stovetop, you can make this tea blend into a mugwort latte too!
