Let me show you a simple recipe from my mother to make roasted nori as a snack. My sister and I used to snack on these every day after school. They are so flavourful and such a treat!
Simple Seaweed Snack
Ingredients

- sesame seeds or any other toppings you prefer
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 170℃/ 340℉.
- Cut each sheet of nori into the size that you want for serving. I usually cut mine into 6 smaller pieces.
- Brush the shiny side of each nori piece with your preferred oil. I usually opt for sesame oil because I love the smell.
- Sprinkle each nori piece with a little salt and your choice of toppings.
- Place all the nori pieces on the baking paper in the baking tray. Bake for 6 minutes for moderate crispiness. If you would like it to be even crispier, please feel free to bake for a little longer.
