Recipe for Tarako Ochazuke
Tarako Ochazuke
Ingredients
- 2 or 3 tbsp Tarako (It depends on how much you want)
- 1 cup Japanese short-grain rice (cooked)
- 150 ml Brewed Sencha green tea (enough to cover the rice)
- 1 sachet Nori Chazuke Seasoning (Optional)
Instructions
- Cook your rice with rice cooker. You may put the Tarako together if you don't like to have it raw. While waiting for the rice, you can start boiling hot water for your tea.
- After your rice is ready, pour the Brewed Sencha Green Tea into the rice bowl until it can cover the rice.
- Add the Tarako and Nori Ochazuke seasoning (optional) into your rice bowl. The Tarako Ochazuke is ready!
