There are still debates on whether fruit-infused drinks are healthier than regular water or not, but one thing’s for sure: it’s one of the most refreshing drinks you can enjoy on a hot day.
The good thing about fruit-infused drinks is the fact that you can use any ingredients you like. Rather than just using water as the base, you can improve the recipe by using genmaicha, a Japanese tea blend of green tea and roasted brown rice. The toasty umami flavor will complement the slightly sweet & sour accent from the fruits.
