Natto Rice with Yuzu Kosho
Ingredients
- ¼ tsp Red Yuzu Kosho Paste
- 1 pack Natto (3.5 oz)
- 1 tsp Vinegar (Use grain vinegar or rice vinegar)
- Chopped Green Onion (a little)
- White Sesame Seeds (a little)
Instructions
- Add red yuzu kosho and vinegar into the natto. Mix thoroughly.
- Put the natto on top of warm rice. Lastly sprinkle some green onion and white sesame seeds.
