Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Minced Meat (Use lamb or beef)
  • 1 Onion
  • 100 g King Trumpet Mushroom
  • 3 Black Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Curry Powder
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Ginger, grated
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Let's prepare the ingredients. Finely chop the onions, trumpet mushrooms, and black garlic, and grate the ginger.
  • Add oil to a frying pan, add ginger and bring out the aroma over low heat.
  • Add onions and cook well until the color is transparent with a nice aroma.
  • Add minced meat and season with salt and pepper.
  • When the minced meat is well-cooked, add chopped trumpet mushrooms and black garlic and fry.
  • Add curry powder and soy sauce, mix and fry a little to complete.

Notes
