Ingredients
  

  • 100 g Garlic Chives
  • 6 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • Red pepper (Sliced or flakes) (Optional)

Instructions
 

  • Cut the chives into 5mm width
  • Add the chives into a container, along with soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, and chili flakes. Mix well.
  • The all purpose sauce is ready to use!
